ARTIST SUBMISSION FORM
Artists selected for Sammypalooza are required to do the following:
- Commit to a non-negotiable time-slot & stage assignment
- Perform a 45 minute set on the day of Sammypalooza
- Arrive no later than 1 hour prior to scheduled performance time
- Use provided sound & staging
